General Terms and Conditions of MAKAROV
§ 1 Scope and Provider
- These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed in the online shop of Vesna Makarov, based in Berlin, Germany. Contact: info@makarovberlin.com.
- All deliveries, services, and offers are subject to these General Terms and Conditions. They also apply to future business transactions unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Conflicting customer terms are not recognized unless explicitly accepted by us.
- The contract language is English.
- You can access and save the current General Terms and Conditions on our website. We do not store the GTC text separately after the contract is concluded.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
- The product presentations in our shop are non-binding and serve as an invitation to place orders.
- By clicking the “Buy” button, you submit a binding offer to purchase.
- After placing an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer.
- The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your offer explicitly or dispatch the goods without prior acceptance. In the case of prepayment methods, the contract is binding upon payment completion.
§ 3 Prices and Payment
- All prices include applicable VAT but exclude shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Detailed shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
- Payment methods include PayPal, credit card, and other options as listed on our website.
- For prepayment, our bank details will be shared during the ordering process, and payment is required within 7 days of order confirmation.
§ 4 Delivery and Ownership
- Goods are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
- Ownership of the goods is retained until full payment is received.
- In rare cases where ordered items are unavailable due to supply chain issues, we will inform you immediately and refund any payments.
§ 5 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without providing a reason.

Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 14 days, including standard delivery costs.
§ 6 Voluntary Return Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
§ 7 Liability
We are liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. In cases of minor negligence, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
§ 8 Final Provisions
- German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
- Should any provisions of these GTC be invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
