supportOrder process
You can place an order with us either as a guest or by creating a customer account. This is quick and easy to do during checkout and, of course, completely free. Once registered, you can log in with your email address and the password you chose to order your favorite items. Please note that for all orders outside the EU, prices are displayed exclusive of customs duties and taxes.
We process your order as quickly as possible to ensure your items reach you as soon as possible. If, after receiving your order confirmation, you change your mind or realize that you made a mistake, we have a very limited window to make any adjustments. If you have forgotten your password, you can select 'Forgot Password' during login. After entering your email address, you will receive a message with a link to reset your password.

We are happy to offer delivery to a Packstation. Simply enter your postal code in the "Address Addition" field. The term "Packstation" and the Packstation number should be entered in the "Address" field. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, we will unfortunately have to cancel your order.
Express Shipments
If a package cannot be successfully delivered, an automatic return to us will be initiated.

Upon receiving your order, you have the option to return it within the next 30 days. All information regarding the right of withdrawal can also be found in our Terms and Conditions [link].
After reviewing the returned items, we will immediately initiate the refund for the corresponding order value. The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The actual credit to your account or credit card depends on the payment service provider.
If you would like to return your order internationally, please use our return portal. Enter your order number, which starts with #DE- ..., and your email address to log in.
When returning an item (blanket, object, or t-shirt), please ensure that it is in an acceptable condition:
- Clean (no deodorant, makeup, or perfume stains)
- Unwashed and unworn
- With all tags attached (if applicable)
- For blankets and objects, ensure they are not damaged or used
Please note that it may take two to three days for your returned items to be processed and inspected once they arrive at our warehouse.
For returns, please use only the return label provided by us and ensure that the item is in perfect condition:
- Clean (no deodorant, makeup, or perfume stains)
- Unwashed and unworn
- With all tags attached (if applicable)
- For blankets and objects, ensure they are in their original, unused condition

Not all of our items, such as blankets, objects, and t-shirts, are suitable for standard machine washing and may require special care. Please make sure to follow the specific guidelines to maintain the quality and longevity of your purchase.
For complaints, please use the return form included in your package. You can indicate that the item has a defect. Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could send us an email directly in case of complaints, including pictures of the faulty item. This helps us continuously maintain and improve the quality of our products.
