Returns & Refunds Policy

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
  • Free from pet hair, odors, or signs of wear.
  • In its original packaging with all product tags and labels attached.

Return Shipping Fees

  • Germany & Rest of EU: We offer Free Returns. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
  • International (Non-EU): Return shipping costs, taxes, and customs duties are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@makarov.store with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and affix the shipping label.
  4. Drop the package off at the designated shipping point.

Please note: Unsolicited returns sent back without prior request will not be accepted. All returns are processed at our fulfillment location in Germany.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours at info@makarov.store with photos of the issue so we can resolve it immediately.
