Once registered, you can log in with your email address and the password you chose to order your favorite items. Please note that for all orders outside the EU, prices are displayed exclusive of customs duties and taxes.

We process your order as quickly as possible to ensure your items reach you as soon as possible. If, after receiving your order confirmation, you change your mind or realize that you made a mistake, we have a very limited window to make any adjustments. We are happy to offer delivery to a Packstation. Simply enter your postal code in the "Address Addition" field. The term "Packstation" and the Packstation number should be entered in the "Address" field. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, we will unfortunately have to cancel your order.

If a package cannot be successfully delivered, an automatic return to us will be initiated.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your design blanket as much as we loved creating it. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
• Free from pet hair, odors, or signs of wear.
• In its original packaging with all product tags and labels attached.

Return Shipping Fees

• Germany & Rest of EU: We offer Free Returns. We will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
• International (Non-EU): Return shipping costs, taxes, and customs duties are non-refundable and must be covered by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at info@makarovberlin.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
2. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and affix the shipping label.
4. Drop the package off at the designated shipping point.

Please note: Unsolicited returns sent back without prior request will not be accepted. All returns are processed at our fulfillment location in Germany.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds & Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items

We recommend carefully reading the care label and following the instructions. Not all of our items, such as blankets, objects, and t-shirts, are suitable for standard machine washing and may require special care. Please make sure to follow the specific guidelines to maintain the quality and longevity of your purchase.

For complaints, please use the return form included in your package. You can indicate that the item has a defect. Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could send us an email directly in case of complaints, including pictures of the faulty item. This helps us continuously maintain and improve the quality of our products.
